At Fine care services we specialise in providing Domiciliary care to adults with a learning disability and autism in their own homes.

Aims and objectives

Fine Care Services Limited provides a Domiciliary Care Agency to adults aged 18-65 years with a diagnosis of Learning Difficulties or Autistic disorder.

It will provide a Domiciliary Care agency to people in their own homes in the area of West London and Buckinghamshire which may include support with a personal care (regulated activity).

• To foster continuous learning and training amongst our staff team.
• To ensure robust governance is always in place.
• To ensure the people we support are safeguarded from abuse.
• To ensure service user at all times maintain their dignity and respect.
• To ensure our staff members understands the people we support individual preferred method of communication.
